You agree not to share your subscription credentials with others outside your household, resell or redistribute our service without an official reseller agreement, use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or attempt to bypass or interfere with our technical protection measures.

03. Subscription & Payment

All subscriptions are paid in advance. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

04. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our IPTV service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, third-party issues, or events beyond our control.

05. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

06. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Canada IPTV is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

07. Limitation of Liability

Canada IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the last 30 days.

08. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
